In September of 2004, my wife and I decided that we had outgrown our current home and consequently needed to find a Real Estate agent to help us thru the process.  Thru a mutual acquaintance we were introduced to E.T. & Lauri Saffon.  E.T. & Lauri gave us an idea of what he thought we would be able to sell our house for and then went one step further in showing us what we could buy in the current market for our new residence, as he wanted us to be sure we understood both scenarios prior to going on the market.  Our house went on the market and to our surprise we had over 20 showings within a 3 day window and a full price offer within days. The Phoenix housing market is HOT, so my first thought was “I can sell my house myself”.  I then set out trying to figure out what my house was worth.  I happened to speak with E.T. and Lauri Saffon about this and they told me what they would do it for me.  E.T. explained how they would time placing the home in the MLS, when they would hold an open house and what time they would stop accepting contracts.  I thought E.T. and Lauri's expertise and confidence was worth what I would pay in Realtor’s commission.

I have known E.T. I began having thoughts of relocating from California to Arizona this past summer.  E.T. was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who had nothing but great things to say about him.  We met and went over my criteria and my budget.  We went looking at model homes and different builders so he could get an idea of what I was after.  A few weeks later,  I returned to AZ where E.T. was ready to show me several properties that he had researched.  The market had dramatically shifted in the past weeks, and availability was slim to none.  I was beginning to feel that I had missed my opportunity, but E.T. assured me that we would find the perfect home.  Thankfully, he was right.
